Contest Participation Criteria Eligibility and Requirements

  1. Participants must sign up and actively use the AI Health Assistant at least once a week for 3 consecutive months. Each weekly session with the AI Health Assistant must include completion of all five key sections, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of your health status and care needs. These sections include: Health Assessment: A detailed evaluation of your current health status, symptoms, and medical history, Treatment Plan: Personalized recommendations for managing any identified health conditions or concerns. Medication Regimen: A review and optimization of your prescribed medications, ensuring proper usage and compatibility. Preventive Care Guidance: Suggestions for proactive steps to maintain and improve your long-term health. Medication Summary: A clear, consolidated report of all medications you are currently using, including dosages and schedules. At the end of the 3-month period, the full report generated by the AI Health Assistant, covering all five sections, must be obtained as proof of completion. This report will form a crucial part of your contest entry, demonstrating your consistent engagement with the platform and your commitment to managing your health effectively.
  2. You are required to upload your medical records into the NakedHealth.ai Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform, which utilizes FHIR AI analysis. Your medical records must meet the following criteria: Diagnosis Records: Include at least one yearly entry (excluding physical exams) documented over a minimum duration of 3 years. AI Analysis: The records will be processed using NakedHealth.ai's advanced FHIR AI analysis, which reviews and organizes your health information for comprehensive care planning. Full AI Health Assistant Report: After the analysis, you must obtain the full report generated by the AI Health Assistant. This report will summarize key insights and provide an actionable overview of your health, which is essential for contest eligibility. By uploading your records and engaging with the AI analysis, you ensure that your health data is accurately reviewed and presented, enabling a clear demonstration of your participation in the program while empowering you with a deeper understanding of your health management.
  3. Your medical records must include a confirmed diagnosis that is indicated by a code from the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) system. This ensures standardized documentation of your health condition. For example, a diagnosis such as Alzheimer's disease with early onset would be recorded with the ICD-10 code G30.0 . This code reflects the specific condition, enabling accurate identification and analysis of your medical history. Having an ICD-10 code in your records is essential for processing within the NakedHealth.ai platform, as it allows the AI Health Assistant to generate tailored insights and recommendations based on your documented health needs. For more detailed information about ICD codes, including a comprehensive list and resources, you can explore The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) provides authoritative information about the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM).

This ensures that specific procedures, services, or supplies are properly documented and standardized. For example, HCPCS code G2189 is used for: Patients with clinical indications for imaging of the head, such as an abnormal neurologic exam. This code specifically identifies medical services where imaging is required due to diagnosed clinical symptoms or neurological abnormalities. 6. Your medical records must include a confirmed ICD-10 Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS) code. This ensures accurate documentation of medical procedures for analysis and reporting. For example, ICD-10-PCS code B030ZZZ represents: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the Brain: A non-invasive imaging procedure used to visualize and diagnose conditions affecting the brain.
  7. Your medical records must show that, within the past 3 years, you have been prescribed at least one medication that is approved by the FDA and listed in the Orange Book: Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations.
